Wei Wang and Fernando Pardo-Manuel de Villena:  “Efficient Methods for Enabling Genome-Wide Computing”.

Knowledge Modeling and Discovery
Catherine Blake:  “In Support of eScience:  the Shift from Information Retrieval to Information Synthesis”.

Data Mining
Alex Tropsha:  “Carolina ChemBench (C-ChemBench):  A Web-based Cheminformatics Expert System for the Analysis and Prediction of Biological Screening Data”.
